#217 Gut Hook Skinner

This Gut Hook Skinner is a fully handmade, one-of-a-kind blade designed for clean, controlled field dressing and skinning. The integrated gut hook allows for efficient opening without damaging hide or meat, making this knife a reliable tool for serious outdoorsmen.

The blade is forged from 1095 high-carbon steel, known for its toughness, edge retention, and ease of sharpening in the field. Jimping on the handle is carefully file-worked by hand, providing enhanced thumb control while adding a subtle custom detail that sets this knife apart.

The handle is fitted with an OD green tactical grip, secured with stainless steel pins for strength and durability. Each handle is shaped by hand to ensure a comfortable, secure hold even during extended use.

Included is a handmade vertical carry sheath crafted from premium Hermann Oak leather, hand-dyed burgundy for a rich, classic finish that will age beautifully over time.

As with every knife I make, this piece is built start to finish by hand—no CNC, no mass production, and no duplicates. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
